Ricardo Allen signs one year exclusive rights tender
Ricardo Allen signed a one year contract for $615,000 after reporting to training camp on July 26th, 2017. Being that he was an exclusive rights free agent and coming on strong the past 2 seasons for the Falcons, he was able to get a deal signed so he can focus on the game.
Now knowing that he has one year to make a lasting impression on the organization that drafted him in the 5th round in 2014, Allen is determined to improve on the stats he posted in 2016.
After racking up 90 total tackles, 3 pass deflections, and 2 interceptions in 2016, look for Allen to top those numbers and have a breakout year for the Falcons with his physical play and explosiveness.
