On Tuesday August 8th, Coach Dan Quinn announced that WR’s Julio Jones and Taylor Gabriel would be ruled out for Preseason Game #1 against Miami. Jones is nursing back from a successful surgery due to turf toe that he suffered last season, whereas Taylor Gabriel is also slowly coming back from a lower leg injury and has yet to participate in anything other than individual drills.
Preseason Game #1 will start at 7:00pm in the Dolphins newly renovated stadium, Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fl on Thursday August 10th. Look for many rookies to get playing time as they are competing for a roster spot.
