Things to Know Before Attending 1st Falcons Home Game


With the anticipation building up for the Sunday night showdown with the Green Bay Packers,  here are a few new rules and policies in place for Mercedes Benz Stadium.

Bag Policy: 

Guests are allowed to enter the stadium with a CLEAR BAG no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″.

A clear one-gallon Ziploc bag

Small clutch bags can be no larger than 4.5 x 6.5

Flags and Signs: 

-Signs/Flags may not be political, obscene, or commercial

-Signs/Flags may not be hung anywhere in the Stadium

-Signs/Flags may not block view of other fans

-Signs/Flags may not be used with wood or metal

-Signs/Flags may not exceed 3′ x 5′

Cameras and Video Devices:

-Cameras and Video Devices are allowed

-Monopods and tripods are not permitted

-Selfie Sticks are not permitted

-Professional Cameras with a zoom lens greater than 200mm are not permitted

Noise Makers:

– Musical Instruments are not permitted

-Cowbells are not permitted

-AirHorns are not permitted

-Whistles are not permitted

Food and Beverages: 

-No food is permitted through the gate entrances

-Fans are allowed 1 unopened bottle of water (16.9 fl. Oz)

Prohibited Items:

-No weapons of any kind

-No Umbrellas over 33″

-No Laser pointerS

-No inflated football/soccer balls unless purchased inside stadium

Gate Openings:

-All gates open 2 hours prior to start of event.

Free Wifi:

-Fans may access FREE Wifi while attending an event by:

  1. Selecting “attwifi” wifi network
  2. Launch your browser for instant connection


-There will be no re-entry for fans once they enter the venue

These rules and policies are in place in order to preserve the positive environment for all fans! Be loud and proud for our reigning NFC Champion, Atlanta Falcons!
