Falcons welcome back Sean Weatherspoon following Duke Riley’s injury

Following the unfortunate news of LB, Duke Riley needing surgery after a knee injury vs New England on Sunday, the Falcons scrambled in search of a LB to replace the rookie. In doing so, the Falcons gave former Falcon, Sean Weatherspoon a call!
A team favorite during his time in Atlanta, Sean has had his fare of injuries. After having 2 season end in surgeries, Weatherspoon looks to come back to Atlanta and help a struggling LB core.
Weatherspoon known for being a vocal leader will help the defense stiffen up while having a veteran presence in the locker room.
