On Thursday afternoon, the Georgia Bulldogs Basketball twitter account and Coach Mark Fox announced the signing of two in-state prospects in Jojo Toppin and Amanze Ngumezi.

Toppin, a 3 star prospect out of Norcross High School, averages 10 points, 7 rebounds and 2 steals per game. Toppin who was former teammates with current Bulldog Rayshaun Hammonds, will now look forward to playing with his friend once he arrives in Athens.

Ngumezi, a 4 star prospect out of Savannah, Ga at Johnson High School is a big bodied power forward who averages 12 points and 11 rebounds per game. With the Hoop Dawgs losing  Yante Maten after this year, this pickup will surely help solidify the interior for years to come.

With these two additions as the first for UGA’s 2018 recruiting class, the Bulldogs will look to these two gentlemen to help build a respectable class.
