5 star OT Cade Mays signs NLOI with…
By. Andrew Rodberg
On December 20th, the early signing period for the 2018 class, Cade Mays made his long awaited decision on where he would be playing his college football. The 318 lb OT, received 14 major offers but on November 30th, narrowed it down to 3. In doing so he named UGA, Clemson, and Ohio State as his choices.
Mays originally from Knoxville, Tennessee was though early on to stay in his hometown but after the coaching change and off year, he decided to look elsewhere. Mays played his high-school ball at Knoxville Catholic where his big body and movement made him a hot commodity for Division 1 programs.
Ranked the #1 prospect in Tennessee, #2 OT in the nation, and #16 overall for the 2018 class, Mays made his final decision at 2:45pm in his high-school gym and officially became apart of the Bulldog Nation!
