Luke Ford, the 6-6 248 lb TE out of Carterville, IL has made his college decision! Luke not only can catch balls but has a big enough body to be put on the OL.
Previously committed to Arkansas (March 14th 2017), and de-committed (June 10th 2017), reopened his recruitment and was pressed hard by Texas, UGA, Alabama, and Auburn in which he narrowed it down to 5.
After being offered scholarships from 39 programs, Luke named his final choices to UGA, Alabama, Auburn, Texas A&M, and Illinois on Dec 17th via twitter.
Luke currently sitting at #1 prospect in Illinois, the #2 TE in the nation, and the #49 overall player in the 2018 recruiting class, made his final decision at 3:00pm at his high school and committed to play for the currently ranked #1 2018 recruiting class in the Georgia Bulldogs!
With current UGA TE, Jeb Blazevich, leaving after this year, a TE opening has become available and Luke looks to earn that spot!
