On National Signing Day finally here, there was some serious talk of Alabama commit, Quay Walker possibly flipping schools to UGA. After committing to Alabama on June 8th 2017, Quay has been indecisive on where his heart really lies. Quay, a 6-4 236 lb OLB out of Cordele, GA is currently the #6 prospect in Georgia, #2 OLB in the Nation, and #31 prospect in the 2018 recruiting class.
A product of Crisp County balled out in 2016 with 109 total tackles, 19 tackles for loss and 8 sacks. In 2017 there was a little dip in production but only because he was called to go on the offensive side of the ball from time to time.
With Quay racking up 18 total offers and visiting Alabama, Georgia, Auburn, Miami, FSU, Tennessee, decided in June that he wanted to attend Alabama. Now 8 months since his commitment, Walker has had a change of heart and on Feb 7th, committed to the G!
Join me in Congratulating Quay Walker on staying home and committing to the G!!
