#3 Georgia vs Arkansas State Week #3 Prediction

ATHENS, GA—After their second straight victory, the Dawgs remain at home to face their third opponent… the Arkansas State Red Wolves. With a noon start time, the Bulldogs have a few keys to victory:
Limit the Big Plays:
Following a victory versus the Murray State Racers, the Dawgs unfortunately fell victim to the long ball that resulted in the Racers only offensive touchdown of the game. With Arkansas State known for having some big receivers, Red Wolves WR, Omar Bayless has led the way with 16 receptions for 281 yards and 5 touchdowns. If the Dawg’s young secondary are able to limit his production this game will get out of reach rather quickly.
Get Everyone Some Reps:
This key remains on the list this week since they are playing an inferior opponent. With next week being one of the biggest games of the year in Notre Dame, the Dawgs must get everyone some playing time so that they will be ready when their number is called. With this game thought to not be close, the Dawgs need to work in as many different formations and players as possible.
Play Georgia Football:
With the running game the bread and butter for the Georgia Bulldog team, they need to continue to force their will on their opponents. As the UGA OL averages 329 pounds, the RB core will have wide open lanes for running that will result in a lot of yards and TD’s.
Continue to Pass the Ball:
Although UGA looks to have one of the best RB cores in the Nation, they must remain loyal to the pass. Fromm needs to get a steady amount of throws in throughout the game. As Fromm has averaged 17 attempts per game, offensive coordinator James Cooley needs to give Fromm the ability to throw more than normal. As ND comes to Athens next week, the Fighting Irish will make it a point to slow down the run game that will cause the Dawgs to rely on the passing game.
If Georgia is able to accomplish these keys to victory, they should win easily.
