From: Valdosta, Georgia

Age: 22

What gave you the idea to create the Georgia Joker?

Before I came to college, I was known as the Batman kid in high school. I was constantly quoting the Joker and the Batman because I was obsessed with Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight trilogy. Heath Ledger’s portrayal as The Joker made me realize how much I enjoyed watching movies, and ultimately made me realize my desire to become an actor. I have a talent at doing impressions, and noticed I was pretty good at impersonating The Joker. Upon entering UGA, I knew I wanted to become a part of the Spike Squad after seeing what those guys did for the games and knowing how much passion and enthusiasm I had. I joined up with them and asked if I could paint as The Joker. The rest was history!

When was the Georgia Joker’s first sighting?

The 2013 Georgia vs. South Carolina in Athens.

Did you think the Georgia Joker would become so popular among Dawg Nation?

I honestly did not. I just wanted to be the best and most passionate fan I could be for our Dawgs. I know the world lacks enthusiasm, and I felt I had the ability to add a little enthusiasm in my own personal way. I am just very grateful to the Dawg Nation for the support they have given me over the past 4.5 years. It has been a blessing and I owe everyone a great deal of gratitude.

When was the last sighting of the Georgia Joker before the 2017 SEC Championship?

The last sighting was the 2016 Georgia vs. Georgia Tech game in Athens.

What went into the Georgia Joker being entered into the Fan Hall of Fame?

It took the help, the support, and the love from the Bulldog Nation. Without you all, it could not have been possible. The voting from our fan base showed how far reaching the Bulldog faithful is. We have Dawgs from every corner of the globe (ESPN was especially impressed with how many Bulldogs voted to help me become inducted). I have said this before and I will say it again…Georgia has the best fan base in the country. That is something to be proud of. We love our Dawgs, and our Dawgs love us.

Now that the Georgia Joker is back for the playoffs this year, is there anything he would like to say to Dawg Nation?

First, I’d like to say that it is time. It is time to bring back the National Title to Athens, Georgia. It is time that Georgia becomes the top Dawg in the country. It is time to reveal our destiny and prove who we were born to be: Destiny’s Dawgs. Lastly, I should like to say a quote from The Joker himself…”How ‘bout a magic trick? I’m gonna make these Sooners…disappear!”

Is there a website or gofundme in place to help the Georgia Joker attend these upcoming games?

Yes indeed. Here is the link:

Any donation is truly appreciated. I just want to thank each and every person who has donated thus far. It has meant the world to me, and I promise to do the very best I can possibly do.

Once you graduate, will anyone else take the place of the Georgia Joker or will he be retired forever?

It will go into retirement; however, I am hopeful to bring it back over the course of the future whenever our Dawgs need it the most!

If this is the last run for the Georgia Joker, what is his best and most memorable moments as the ultimate Georgia fan?

I must say, witnessing that SEC Championship several weeks ago will remain a very warm memory in my heart until the day I die! 2017 SEC Champions!!!
